“Good after rough start”
Quiet location, good sized suites, items in the kitchen and bathroom.
Check in process wasn't easy after 5pm, pushing a button at the front door to talk to a remote call centre who didnt seem to know how to get me into my room. The connection to the call centre drops after 30 seconds, cutting the conversation off. Process needs improvement.

Nice location near Stanley Park. Two blocks from some OK restaurants.
Check in was difficult - no one on site (office closes at 3.30pm). You can only check in after 4.00! Twice our room keys did not work and it took considerable time for someone to sort the second time. It is a very tired hotel with a fairly decrepid feeling - not particularly comfortable.
“Great stay in a convenient location”
Had a lovely surprise when upgraded to the Penthouse suite which was incredibly spacious for our family of 4 adults. The location near Stanley Park was perfect with shops, restaurants and buses not far away either. Staff were really friendly and helpful allowing us to leave our luggage there after checkout while we explored the city before our flight. Would definitely stay here again.
