Location
When we checked in we're so happy to come to this hotel. However, when we get in the room, we are so speechless and terrified because kids saw a human bloodstain on the duvet. It literally shocked us. It aldo defames this hotel which always has a good name of it's demanding cleanness. We are so worried that the hotel management seems unaware of this. We called the front desk. The staff has come up to check the bloodstain and then the room keeping team come to chang the duvet. I think such mistake and carelessness shouldn't have happened at this hotel
