“Great location & excellent staff”
Great location. Excellent staff specially Sannah & Fouzia at reception were pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was good . One just needs to get out of hotel and turn left for city centre attractions and turn right for Avon river, gardens and pullteney bridge .

Bathroom needs a deep clean, grout needs cleaning around bath and Bath panel needs cleaning or re painting.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. We came early and were immediately given a room, and even received an incredible upgrade to a room I could never have imagined staying in in England. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Bath and close to all the main attractions, shops and tour pick-up points. The staff were wonderful, always making sure everything was okay, and the room was spotless. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice when I return to Bath!
