“Started on a sour note but rest of stay was good”
I had booked and paid for a Junior Suite which basically consists of a bedroom and a separate room plus bathroom. When I arrived they put me in a large bedroom -- probably a superior room. The room was lovely BUT was not what I paid for. I went down stairs and informed them that they did not give me what I had paid for and I wanted to discuss with them before I put my thoughts on line. Suddenly without question I was changed to the junior suite I had booked. It put a sour taste in my mind as I really felt they were chancing their arm by not putting me in a Junior Suite but by putting me in a large room. Other than this it was a good stay but they should not try and pull the wool over their customer eyes like what thet tried to do to me

É um bom hotel, com instalações confortáveis, excelente café da manhã e uma equipe, no geral, muito atenciosa. A localização é boa, embora existam outras opções na região que considero mais bem localizadas.
Minha única ressalva foi uma experiência desagradável com a recepcionista do café da manhã. Foi uma situação pontual, mas me deixou bastante desconfortável e com a sensação de ter sido tratada de forma diferente.
