Location
Lack of communication between staff resulting in fewer options of Gf items at breakfast than advertised. Food very mediocre . Water came through the ceiling from the room above. Lack of fresh towels and room cleaning.

Car parking can be a bit awkward
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar area is nice and selection of drinks was good. Comfy beds. Free upgrade to the Prince of Wales suite.
Rooms were too warm from around 8am. Bathroom was a bit tired and only had a shower, no bath. Noise from staff outside the room in the morning chatting/moving things around.
