Very spacious studio with a kitchen corner, a table for four and a work station. Large balcony with a beautiful view across to the park. Located right next to the orangerie and only 12 mins from the Parliament and the Council of Europe so good for a business trip. Restaurant and a supermarket nearby and the neighbourhood is beautiful - impressive buildings in perfect condition around.
Furniture, carpet, bathroom, towels and elevator were significantly outdated. Rooms only cleaned upon request, but message to that end is only placed at reception and in a corner next to the elevator. If you dont spot it you may wonder why no one comes, which over 4 days becomes an issue. Location is nice and good for a business trip to the institutions but a good 35 mins walk to the centre and with virtually no public transport around (closest bus is a 15 mins walk away and tram - 20).
