Car park machine didnβt work, so had to walk back to reception for assistance and there was a wait for engineer to arrive

Location is probably the strongest point of this hotel β right on the seafront. The staff are very welcoming. The room I booked was not available for reasons beyond their control, but they offered me an upgrade the next day. This is really how businesses should handle situations like this. Their cookies made my day:D
It was a bit unexpected that a hotel of this level didnβt have a heating system.
