Pre arrival phone call was at inconvenient time and was asking lots of questions which wasnt very helpful at that point in time Rooms were difficult to manage temperature- 2 systems think one was bathroom and one bedroom but neither actually seemed to change anything

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The young lady who checked us in was kind, friendly, and warm, and the doormen were pleasant and welcoming with kind smiles. Additionally, all of the workers in the Cultra Inn were incredibly hard-working, kind, and helpful. The spa facilities were also clean, quiet, and relaxing.
There were some marks and stains on the carpet, and the room was quite dusty. We were knocked on the door and asked if we wanted turndown service, to which we said yes. However, when we returned to the room after dinner, it hadn’t happened, which was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast worker could have been friendlier; he started talking to another guest while we were giving our room number, which I thought was ill-mannered. In terms of dinner, the food in the Cultra Inn was lacking in quality. We would book the hotel's fine dining restaurant in the future instead.
