“Gute Lage, aber nicht 4-Sterne-Standard”
Das Hotel liegt gut und ruhig. Positiv ist der geschützte Parkplatz im Innenhof für CHF 25.– pro Tag. Da nur wenige Parkplätze vorhanden sind, unbedingt im Voraus reservieren.
Leider sind Zimmer und Badezimmer deutlich abgenutzt, zudem war Schimmel an der Dusche sichtbar. Am Abend sowie am Morgen gab es nur kaltes oder lauwarmes Wasser und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Irritierend war auch die Abgabe des Autoschlüssels ohne vorherige Erklärung. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies der Standard sei, damit das Auto bei Bedarf umparkiert werden kann. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir einen höheren Standard erwartet.

Upon arrival no water for showers, told can provide water from bottle, the pressure will be back on 1 hour. In the morning still no pressure, the hot water took 20 minutes to get warm, pressure very low.
