Only a coffee machine in the room No kettle Toilet roll and water was not replaced in the room at any point in the stay which was a shame
были всего 1 ночь после поездки в Татры. до этого были 5 ночей в Реддисон. оба отеля 4 звезды и примерно одной цены. по факту 2 большие разницы и по обслуживанию и по уровню и по завтраку. из плюсов Лернардо только размер заказанного номера. в номере только кофе машина. кипяток для чая нужно брать в лобби. вода в ванной не стикала. никаких ванных принадлежностей. общий тюбик 3 в1 мыло/шампунь и всё. даже не предложили помощь с чемоданами грустно.
