Location, atmosphere
Constant noise from roof mounted extractor fans adjacent to the room, making it difficult to sleep.

Nice revamp - all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond in bar/ restaurant area. Was good having Starbucks on site to. Rooms lovely

Difference in treatment to “Club” members and normal clients (including Booking.com users): club members can check in earlier and check out an hour later. The room is not done every day automatically, only if requested. Poor choice of eggs at breakfast: only scrambled eggs on offer and rather mediocre. The rest was fine.
