Gym facilities were excellent, staff were extremely helpful and moved my room immediately when I mentioned the noise from the external AC units.
Not allowed to use the punchbag unless in a class even though the studio was empty the majority of the day. Charged extra on arrival for gym access, this is not clear when booking. Room needed a refresh, first room was unbearably noise from the outside AC units, don’t stay in 169! Had no lights in my room for 24 hours. Woke up to no hot water one morning but this was hotel wide and fixed in a few hours.
