Lekkere airco die wel werkt , goede matrassen
Bed was niet opgemaakt, handoeken waren vies met vlekken er op , de zeep houders hadden zwart randje van schimmel 3n viezigheid. Ik zat in de ochtend bij ontbijt inneens zag ik een kat gwn zo de zal binnen lopen naar de keuken toe ik denk dat die achter een medewerker zat dus denk ook dat ze bewust daarvan zijn en dat het niet de eerste keer was dat dit gebeurde. Vond ik wel jammer want de ontbijt was wel naar smaak , maar na dat ik dat zag was het klaar voor mij met eten . 191 euro betaald voor deze sevice voor maar 1 nacht
Hello! Upon check-in, the receptionist said he had arranged a late check-out for us butβfor some reasonβhadn't processed the payment; he assured us we could pay the extra fee the next day when checking out at 2:00 PM. However, the following day at 12:30 PM, a different receptionist came to us and stated that no late check-out had been booked. I explained the situation, but she insisted her colleague had told her we hadn't requested one. Essentially, the male receptionist realized he had made a mistake entering the late check-out into the system but was afraid to admit his error, so he claimed we hadn't requested it. As a result, we were forced to check out by 1:00 PM, and my girlfriend and I had to wait outside the hotel for our friends for over an hour and a half. Please be careful when checking in and do not simply take anyone's word for it. I also ask Booking.com management to take action regarding the hotel staff.
