“I didn’t get what I paid for”
It was near st Catherine
The they didn’t give me the room I booked. When I arrived they told me the room I booked was already taken and I needed that room because we were 3. It was embarrassing and when I asked if the downgrade was cheaper they said no

Great location! Close to downtown, but inside the hotel it feels quiet. The room was spacious and clean, check-in and check out were easy.

Our room had a noise in the ceiling area (an electricity noise). I reported this and was told that Maintenance would look at it. But the noise remained.
