Overall, I would give Louis Phaethon Beach a solid 7 out of 10. The hotelβs greatest strengths are its food and excellent service. The food is fresh and varied, with something new served every day. The desserts deserve a special mention β they were among the best I have ever tasted. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and polite, from the housekeepers to the managers. The hotel has direct access to the sea, so guests can relax by the shore, listen to the waves, swim and enjoy beach activities. There is also a water park, as well as tennis and volleyball facilities. The entertainment team organises evening shows and activities. It is also worth mentioning that most of the guests during our stay were British and over the age of 60. As a result, the general atmosphere and much of the evening entertainment seemed to be aimed mainly at older British guests. This may be perfect for those looking for a calm holiday, but younger visitors should keep it in mind.
The main disadvantage is the very poor quality of the drinks, from the coffee served in the restaurant to the cocktails. This is a significant weakness of the hotel. The rooms are also quite old, and many areas of the hotel look worn and are in need of renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the excellent food, delicious desserts, seaside location, activities and wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable. With renovated rooms and better-quality drinks, the hotel could receive a much higher rating.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was of poor quality, with very limited variety and nothing that met our expectations. The behavior of the hotel staff was also unacceptable. We experienced very bad treatment and a lack of respect and professionalism, which made our stay even more unpleasant. Another major disappointment was the quality of the drinks. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, the drinks were of very poor quality and certainly did not meet the standards we expected. When you pay for an all-inclusive holiday, you expect good food, quality drinks, and friendly service. Sadly, none of these expectations were met. The overall experience was far below what we paid for, and we left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel management seriously needs to improve the food quality, drinks, and especially the way guests are treated. Definitely not worth the money!
Twee prachtige zwembaden met glijbanen en goede animatie.
Hele slechte bedden, kleine kamers en de staat van het gebouw is niet best. Gebouw heeft echt een opfrisser nodig.
