“Relaxing”
Staff are amazing especially with breakfast each morning highchair and cleaning up after ! Location isn’t bad just massive hill with a 1 year old you do get a little work out each time you come home .
Nothing has changed in 10 years from first visit . Cooling in the room was super hot couldn’t work out why the main room would go cold but bedroom hot .

The Lombardi Restaurant had a limited menu and the quality of the food was average, the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. A 'special' menu one night was very odd to the extent I engaged the wait staff with my criticism. A lasagne was offered with a "special chefs salad". The lasagne platter was served with a little side salad (the usual offer) the salad being in a size of bowl one might put peanuts in? However the special chefs salad was ALSO served in a far larger bowl say at least 200mm in diameter with far wider choice of salad items such as cherry tomatoes. Too much for one, crazy!!
The location is great, staff are very nice.
The air conditioner was too loud, and the bathroom exhaust fan couldn't be turned off. Although the staff helped us change rooms, the noise was still very loud, and I couldn't sleep well at night.
