“Very uncomfortable, dirty, poorly maintained hotel.”
4 trips back to the front desk to rekey our door keys since they failed to open the room door. Every carpet we encounterd were filthy, worn and many had raised folds. Paint throughout was very worn. Had to go back to front desk to request bed sheets since bed without linens. Breakfast was very cheap packaged pastry, nothing else. No coffee, no juice. We walked away.

Quiet area. Staff was friendly. Clean. Bed was comfortable.
Painting the hallway to the elevator in the afternoon at check in. Hard to get luggage to elevator without touching walls/paint materials. Breakfast was lackluster. Just yogurt, oatmeal packets, pre packaged muffins.
Room was clean. The check in gal was very friendly and courteous. Room was close to outside to take dog out.
I was disappointed that the TV volume faded in and out and there was no hair dryer. The breakfast was poor - oranges, 2 flavors of cereal, small muffins, 2 types of juice and milk. The toaster was unplugged but no bread available anyhow. (This is a huge complex and one 2 slice toaster is ridiculous. Waited quite a while to use it in July,) I stayed there during the World Soccer event in Seattle, and the hotel was very crowded but there were more offerings. Add protein to your offerings, please. Shouldn't have to pay $15 for parking since it isn't in the city. That was new since July. .
