“A 4 star hotel service, not real 5*”
While the main building is an absolutely beautiful palace, the service level didn't always live up to a true 5-star standard — the lobby staff weren't always very polite, and there was a general lack of attention to detail. The pool area was the exception, with excellent service there. The lobby and reception desk, however, could be a bit brusque, the rooms were never cleaned properly, and something always seemed to be missing. Overall, it felt more like 4-star rooms attached to a genuine palace.

Shuttle to the centre was not available. Gym and Turkish sauna were decent but not in the level of such a high-class hotel
