“It was an good location close to the centre of York with a car park”
The location & car park were assets
My room was claustrophobic. The window was. Glazed over so I could not see out . The building I was in was old & had some decoration issues . No one offered to help with my luggage despite me having to go up & down stairs

It’s the perfect balance of an historical building, sensitively designed against with a fresh, modern feel. Clean, smells like perfume is pumped through the air con. Easy to navigate and I appreciate the beautiful plants dotted about the place and not artificial crap ones!!
