“Fabulous stay”
Staff couldn't do enough for you. Meals were fantastic with the chefs keen for us to try their food. The room was perfect and an oasis of calm. Would definitely stay again if staying in Pune.

Staff here are very attentive without being intrusive. The hotel and rooms are always clean. The breakfast has a number of options ranging from Indian to European. Gym facilities are good. Standouts for me this visit were Rohini at check in and Kalyan in the lounge. Both went over and above to ensure my trip went smoothly

The room was clean
The staff didn't pay attention to my request on getting me a iron, ultimately I had to check out and lost the chance to have breakfast. The hotel is next to train station in Pune, and the whole night trains were honking as if they are in the bedroom and not letting me sleep. Sorry for sheraton, this was the weakest performance, I have ever seen worldwide.
