Excellent location, could walk to the city, no parking hassles.
No notice given the room is not serviced so ran out of towels dish wash etc. Despite it being an hotel we were doing the housework at full price, could do this in a motel at half the price.

Bed comfortable, location pretty good
Shower needed a good scrubbing to get clean. Wasn't happy when I signed in the staff member said out loud twice loudly my room number. As a solo woman Travellers, not happy about this at all.
