We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well located. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to the guest relations team and all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Everyone was very helpful and made us feel truly welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Grand Hyatt Beijing again on our next visit. Highly recommended.
One suggestion that would make the experience even better for Muslim guests would be to introduce a dedicated halal menu or clearly marked halal food options, especially in-room dining.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist außergewöhnlich. Ich war nun schon zum weiten Mal in diesem Hotel und durfte beide Male einen perfekten Aufenthalt genießen. Beim ersten Mal war ich schwanger und nahm leider einen leichten Geruch nach Rauch in meinem Zimmer wahr. Daraufhin erhielt ich ein Zimmerupgrade und wurde sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt vor ein paar Wochen kam ich mit meiner Schwiegermutter und meinen Kindern, um den Geburtstag meines Sohnes zu feiern. Nachdem ich beim Einchecken darüber informiert hatte, dass am nächsten Tag der Geburtstag meines Sohnes war, organisierten die freundlich Dame an der Rezeption einen Kuchen, den er zum Frühstück am nächsten Morgen bekam. Damit wurde uns eine große Freude gemacht! Außerdem ist der Wellness Bereich und Pool außergewöhnlich. Zudem ist alles sehr sauber und die Lage natürlich sehr zentral. Alles absolut zu empfehlen!

Location, Breakfast and the Pool/Gym access
AC was not working properly, room outdated for the price & when we checked in we waited an hour for the bags, I had to go down personally to get them as it would have taken 2-4 hours. Also charging the Deposit as an actual charge, then now having to wait 3-10 days to receive it back. When also speaking with staff only a few people were available as most are not English speakers so we was passed around a lot till we go to the right employee
