โOnly good if youโre able to pay for the really expensive rooms, otherwise would stay somewhere elseโ
The staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged for us to move rooms after we had lots of issues with our first room.
We paid for a non smoking room that stank of smoke and was so dated. You had to pay for the TV and the room wasnโt clean and the bed was pushed against the wall. The room wasnโt quiet and call you could hear was children screaming. HOWEVER, we asked to move rooms and after some discussion, the staff moved us to a MUCH nicer room that didnโt smell of smoke and was clearly of a higher standard as you didnโt have to pay to use the TV. Had we not been moved though we would have stayed a different hotel. Not a 5 star at all,
