My mattress topper on bed very soft, that soft if you sat on edge of bed you could slide off. Need to replace

Bardzo słabe śniadania - niby duży wybór, ale jedzenie nieświeże (warzywa szczególnie). Zdarzało się, że nie było wolnego stolika. Mikroskopijna łazienka, gdzie problemem jest nie tylko brak miejsca na kosmetyki, ale wręcz swobodne skorzystanie z prysznica. Brak klimatyzacji. Hotel nie widzi problemu, bo "na stronie napisaliśmy, że nie każdy pokój ma klimatyzację". Bardzo się cieszę, że potrafią Państwo pisać, ale niewiele to daje klientowi, gdy na zewnątrz jest 38 stopni, a temperatura w pokoju jest niewiele niższa. Zaduch nie do wytrzymania. Wiatrak nie załatwia sprawy. Niby jest siłownia, ale nie można z niej skorzystać tak po prostu - trzeba najpierw zgłosić chęć w recepcji, żeby ktoś otworzył drzwi. I najważniejsze - kompletny brak elastyczności i proklienckiej postawy. Zdecydowanie nie wrócę i będę odradzać znajomym wybór tego hotelu.
