The staff was great, especially the lady at the reception desk during the day.
The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough.
Great location. Everything is close by. The hotel is in fairly good condition.
The mattress wasn't the most comfortable. There were no glasses or mugs, water or tea in the room. There were no toothbrushes in the bathroom, and!!!! there was no toilet brush.
