Dubai mall very close. Clean room but we have been given a cot insteadof bed. They did not review notes that kid is 11yo
The staff very friendly
Wonderful staffs and great customer service
I loved my stay ,would definitely come back.
The services and hospitality of the staff are great. The bus pickup at the Dubai mall was confusing. We waited at the designated spot and was looking for the bus. At the end, we saw the bus passing us and departing.
