“No la mejor opción para un todo incluido”
El servicio es excelente. Las personas hacen una verdadera diferencia en el interés de brindar un servicio excepcional, en especial en cuidado en detalles en habitación. Hay cosas muy lindas, como unas hamacas así como los espacios de jardín.
Fuimos en plan "Todo incluido" de pareja de adultos y no creemos que sea un buen alojamiento para este tipo de turismo. Definitivamente, los alimentos y restaurantes de especialidad dejan mucho qué desear. Nos decían que sí a todo pero cuando pedíamos un cocktail, era una bebida más cerca de "aguas locas" que una bebida de calidad; el café estaba sobrehervido, los alimentos ya duros o fríos. No nos gustó que el pool bar estuviera situado en la alberca familiar porque había bastantes niños y puede haber algún accidente. Entendemos los códigos de vestimenta como el uso de pantalón para caballeros para entrar a los restaurantes de especialidad, pero parece un exceso, en especial cuando uno va a la playa en plan de relax. El restaurante que más nos convenció fue "El Quijote" y el que menos el "Capri" porque las pastas eran demasiado cremosas en recetas que no se sirven así. Faltan tumbonas más cómodas, en especial en playa o con vista a la playa.
“Gran hotel para el buen descanso y el mejor comer”
Es un hotel pequeño, con lo suficiente para divertirse y pasar unas buenas vacaciones. No tener que esperar carros de golf para desplazarse es de agradecerse. Las instalaciones se notan ya un poco viejas, pero limpias. Nos tocó ver tortugas desovando.
No es un punto malo para el hotel, pero si es preciso saber previo a visitarlo, que la playa es bonita, en algunos tramos pedreguda, pero el oleaje es constante y un poco alto.

Me gustó que el hotel está alrededor de mucha vegetación, me gustó sus albercas, la playa es hermosa, las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas
Lo que no me agradó tanto fue la comida del buffet, creo que pueden mejorar eso, todos los días era lo mismo
“Nice beach”
The hotel has a direct access to the beach and that was the most convenient, so you can enjoy the beach all day as well as the pool. The beds are quite comfortable and the room we had was very spacious and very clean. Most of the people serving in restaurants and cleaning staff are very nice and polite. The food was surprisingly good (despite the reviews I read before going on booking)! They had a lot of variety, specially for dinner they had different “themes” (Asian, Mexican, etc) and in general the food was nice.
The hotel itself is outdated, like early 2000s but it’s very clean. The mini fridge doesn’t cool much the drinks and is only refilled once a day. If you want extra mini bar items you need to pay extra, even though is an all inclusive hotel. If you want room service, also is an extra cost. The check out is at 12 which is “normal”, but I had a later flight and this is the first time I had to pay extra (around 20€ per person) to continue using the premises until 3pm (so, if you want to stay in the hotel, even if you’re not interested on eating or drinking and just be in the pool you need to pay). There should be more bars near the beach area. The only pool bar is quite far if you want to stay around the beach area and there are no waiters going to that area.
