“Clean and comfy, great hot tub!”
The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean, we had a coffee maker and mini-fridge, and the staff was friendly. I saw workers cleaning walls, door knobs, and floors frequently. Our room was cleaned daily, no housekeeping issues. The pool was small but nice. The hot tub was perfect!! Hot hot hot with great bubbles just the way I love it! Pool area was quiet with hardly any other people every time I used it. They have 4 restaurants, we ate at PT Express a few times and it was really good. Dunkin Donuts always had fresh yummy donuts and coffee. One of the workers is a coffee making machine!! Super fast and efficient!! I didn't catch her name, but if you see her work you will know exactly who I am referring to! It is an older casino but machines seem up to date. I talked to a few locals and they said when they want a getaway or to gamble, they go to Arizona Charlie's.
The restaurants closed early when I was there, would be nice to have food available later. The smoking on the casino floor was a little overwhelming. Room prices were really jacked up because a lot of things were going on that weekend, but that was true with every hotel in town.

Everything smelled like an ashtray. I specifically called and then reminded people I needed a chemical free room. But I didn’t know I had to check in inside the casino which was full of smoke or that the only elevators up to the rooms wet through the casino. Was my room scent free?? Absolutely NOT! The hallway to the room, and our entire room smelled like smoke. I had to place a towel to cover the two inch gap at bottom of the door to the adjoining room, hoping that would stop the smell of a cigarette smoke, but it didn’t. I guess lesson learned and I know now to ask for a smoke free environment or hotel not just my room. live and learn the hard way.
