The hotel was very clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The pool area was nice, and the breakfast was decent. The location was excellent—right in the city center and close to everything. Whenever we requested something, it was provided to us immediately, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast could definitely be improved, especially in terms of quality and variety. The hotel also seemed to be overbooked during our stay, which made it quite crowded. I also requested a late check-out, but unfortunately, they couldn’t offer even one extra hour, despite the fact that we had booked a full week at the hotel. I found this disappointing. Finally, at around $200 per night, I feel the hotel is quite expensive for a four-star property, and at that price point, I would expect a little more in terms of service and overall experience.
