Malo y muy caro de los más caros y peores que he pagado a las 10.25 sin decir nada a las mesas quitaron y lo desagradables que ha sido desayunar con las palomas.En recepción nos informaron que el spa es hasta las 20:00.A las 18:15 llamamos y nos dijeron que ya no se podía porque el último pase es de 18:00-19:30, cuando en recepción nos dijeron que era hasta las 20:00h.

Excluding reception staff. The rest seemed to have an attitude. The blonde girls at the pool bat huffed and puffed at every request. Never a smile. Refused to serve me at main bar, sent me to pool bar. They didn’t stack bottles so had to come back. Which I did ask her. Another person was rude to my friend about where he smoked. One evening the guy at the bar, said “yes” when asking what we wanted. Just awful. Get better service in much cheaper places we have stayed. At half the price. The place needs updating urgently. Loose floor tiles. Rust in bathroom broken patio door to balcony.
