Exceptional pools in a tropical hot climate. Great rooms with out looks. Right on beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent aircon. Excellent wifi. Great tv channels avail. Selection of great bars and restaurants. A casino if you like a bet.
Bathroom a little maintenance of grout stains but that is just aesthetic. Very clean really. Sometimes to much mess left around pools (towels, glassware, food trays) Plus in corridors left over room service trays left all day Parking is a long walk and even though I was there with my very unwell brother they wouldn’t let me park in the resort parking area that was much closer. A little thoughtless of Shelly on reception! Could have had the bar overlooking beach open more often and more lived entertainment would be good. .
Have stayed here many times but we were Very happy with this particular Room we were allocated
Did come across a couple of hairs that were not ours!
