Well where should I start....the location is hidden. It's located on a street with many residential apartment buildings. The entrance is located where the street curves. There are bushes covering the entrance so I passed it the first time we arrived. The parking lot alone was sketchy. Lots of people hanging around in their cars playing music and partying. It looked like someone was always fixing their car. This just reminded me of very "tweaky" behavior. The elevator smelled and sounded like it was ready to break down. Room was located on the second floor. Getting out of the elevator you go into a hallway that's stuffy and dirty. Someone was smoking while there's clearly signs posted that say no smoking. The room seemed ok at first. The door looked like it was broken into before and did not close right. You can see the light coming through towards the bottom of the door. I paid for a room with a kitchenette. The counters were super dirty. The exhaust fan above stove had a screen that looked like it was never cleaned! There was no utensils, glassware or pans to cook in. I paid for all these empty cabinets and drawers. Bought a pan, spatula, plates, cups, sponges dish soap. If these things are not provided, it should state that on the room's details. Every room I have rented with a kitchenette had all these items available, if not what's the point of paying extra? Anyway, the bathroom had shampoo available to wash your hands, so I had to buy hand soap. Fan in restroom did not work. Was provided 1 set of towels. And when I asked for more, maid said they didn't have any right now. She kinda laughed about it. What!? They are cleaning rooms and don't have any clean towels available? Never had I heard this before! She eventually brought some more towels later that day. The air conditioning never cooled off the whole room even at 60 degrees. It was hot and muggy the first couple days when we were there.
