Everything was good overall, but I honestly didn’t like being charged $3 for a bottle of water. I feel like that’s a little excessive, especially for something as basic as water.

Water was hot, the fridge, size of the room, the bed was real nice, the staff besides the one night shift women. The one who check us in gets 10 stars. Super nice friendly. The second night, night shift on 9/12, rude, ignored us standing there, had to wait over 5 minutes while she did something not sure when it was 1-2 am and we just stood there.
The nasty bathroom, just dirty hair, the drain was clogged to my ankles the whole shower, had to call maintenance. Behind the door yellow stains/dust just nasty in the tub. The curtains had stains, and there was tiny moths all over...Kind of a dirty room for $500 two night stay. Also the whole point was staying high up, were on the 7th floor, windows so nasty from the outside could barley see out of them, so that was disappointing. The cabinets under the sink... the back all gone, just scary looking. Room needs to be cleaned and updated.
