I’m currently abroad, so I booked this stay for my mom and my children. Even though it was only for one day, they made the experience truly memorable. I was especially impressed by Ferla at the reception. She provided the best service so so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Honestly, I was amazed by how wonderful the service was. I would also like to give a special appreciation to the wonderful Guest Relations team Diah, Inggrid, and Reva who were so cheerful, kind, and thoughtful. They even took the time to come to the room personally to give my mom and children a special greeting. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture. A special thank you as well to Yudi from At Your Service for his kindness and assistance. The entire team went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you for making their stay so special. Even though I couldn’t be there with them, knowing that they were treated with such warmth and kindness truly means a lot to me❤️
