  تجربتنا في الفندق كانت جميلة، وأحب أشكر مديحة بشكل خاص على تعاملها الرائع معنا. كانت متجاوبة جدا، وأسلوبها جميل وراقي، واهتمت براحتنا واختارت لنا غرفة ممتازة وكانت مناسبة لنا جدا. بصراحة مديحة من أفضل الأشخاص اللي تعاملنا معهم في الفندق، ووجودها فرق معنا في التجربة. شكرا لها على الاهتمام وحسن التعامل، وبإذن الله نكرر الإقامة مرة ثانية.

  The rooms were nice and friendly staff

  It doesn't quite live up to the 5-star experience it positions itself as. The staff were lovely, but it's clear there's room for better training, particularly in the downstairs restaurant area. There were plenty of staff on hand, yet surprisingly little seemed to be happening. Service was slow, and food cold or undercooked. It just didn't quite add up. The rice in breakfast buffet was cold and very undercooked. The coffee machine didnt work properly. There were no spoons...
