“far too expensive for what it currently offers”
The rooms were definitely the highlight of our stay. They were immaculate, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and had some very good meals there. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety, although it was nothing particularly special. The marina is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Having the marina right on the property was extremely convenient for our island-hopping trip, and it was actually the main reason we chose to stay here.
Unfortunately, the overall facilities were a major disappointment, especially considering the price we paid. The hotel feels quite old, and many areas are visibly in need of renovation and much better maintenance. The swimming pools looked old and worn, and the children’s play areas and games were also quite deteriorated. For a hotel in this price range, we expected the resort facilities to be much better maintained. Overall, while the rooms, staff, restaurants, and marina were positive aspects of our stay, we felt the hotel was far too expensive for what it currently offers. At the price we paid, we expected a much more modern and well-maintained resort experience.

- staff was terrible - woke up my baby by calling the room at 8.30pm to collect a deposit they forgot to take - check in took a very long time
