“Días inolvidables, gracias!”
Hemos pasado unos días magníficos y eso que éramos un grupo familiar de edades variadas, de 19 a 66 años. Es un all inclusive pequeño, lo que nos permitió disfrutar cada uno de sus espacios, rodeado de vegetación y fauna. Pudimos degustar comidas en todos los restaurantes temáticos, con platos de alta calidad. El personal es muy atento, servicial y educado. Destacamos los divertidos partidos de voleibol a cargo de Moisés y las variadas actividades lúdicas como Aqua gym, juegos, música y fiesta de espuma en la piscina a cargo de Gustavo, Viridiana y Víctor. Espectaculares tragos junto a la alberca. Aplausos para toda la gente linda que trabaja en el hotel. 👏

“Girls Trip 2026”
My girlfriends and I celebrated all our 50th Birthdays and 36 years of friendship at ocean maya royale. The property was exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable. The experience team kept us motivated with plenty of activities in and out of the pool. We also had a fantastic experience getting professional pictures done.
The food was delicious. By far we loved both the Italian and French dining restaurants. There was no dinner buffet option as at the time of us going, the restaurant was being renovated. Breakfast and Lunch buffet were quick and convenient though. The beach unfortunately at the time of going was full of decomposing sargaasm (seaweed) which at times smelled like rotten egg. We did try to by pass this, to at least soak in the salty water. They also tried to clean up the beach as much as possible. I was a little disappointed that the ocean wasn't as blue and clear as I imagined.

Waren schon zum 2. Mal im Ocean Maya. Die Mitarbeiter sind toll und sehr aufmerksam, der Pool und der Strand sind sehr gepflegt. Das Essen köstlich und im vergleich zu anderen All inclusive Hotels in Mexico qualitativ hochwertig, auch das Buffetessen schmeckt! Die Zimmer sind genau richtig groß und sauber. Im Hotel findet jeder etwas: Ruhe, Party, Spiele, für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Toiletten am Pool waren leider im Laufe des Tages immer sehr dreckig.
Tout le personnel est souriant et serviable. Piscines et animations très bien. La chambre et très spacieuse et la literie d'excellente qualité. Et en plus vous pouvez voir passer en liberté des iguanes, coatis, raton laveur etc ... En supplément du all inclusive nous avons pris la soirée Maya avec repas et spectacle : à faire (surtout si vous avez visité les ruines de Tulum ou Chichen Itzà)
Dommage pour les sargasses qui rendaient la couleur de l'eau marron ce qui ne donnait pas envie de se baigner dans l'océan pourtant chaud. Mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien et nous le savions en réservation à cette période. Il manquerait peut être une ou 2 échelles supplémentaires ou au moins des marches pour l'accès dans l'eau de la grande piscine.
