The night staff was so friendly and helpful, she saw that one of my kids had fallen asleep (we came after comicon) and handled our check-in fast and efficiently. We love that there were two double beds (me and husband on one bed, our two kids on the other bed). The beds were spacious and comfortable. The room was also spacious, plenty of space for my kids to play.
There was only public parking, which was already very full near midnight, though we were very lucky to find a vacant lot right beside the hotel. There was construction happening in the area, so we couldn't find the hotel at first, the hotel name signage was so small we almost missed it. The bathroom's shower area had only a small glass partition so the bathroom floor got wet easily.
