  “Problema de la habitación gestionado por una persona de recepción no preparada para ese puesto”

  No funcionaba la caja fuerte de la habitación y subió una persona de recepción para comprobarlo. No ofreció aguantarnos o cambio de habitación. Perdimos lo segundo y nos cambiaron a otra en una zona "no habitada" del hotel en una habitación mucho mas pequeña de lo que habíamos contratado, sin aire acondicionado y sin internet. Tuvimos que protestar otra vez en recepción y volver a la inicial. Trato poco presentable de esta persona. Conclusión: mejor no ir a un NH

  Ontbijt, locatie en kamer waren goed.

  Door de herrie op straat zaterdagavond/nacht slecht kunnen slapen. Het raam kon niet open blijven voor frisse lucht, maar er was geen airco als alternatief voor verkoeling. Ramen zijn oud en daarom ook niet erg geluidsdicht. Dus herrie was met ramen dicht nog goed hoorbaar.
