Great looking place with many options for food. The service was outstanding. The communication on the app was good guidance. It was overall great and we will return.

“Disappointing”
We like the swiming pool and the food
We were very disappointed. First, that we paid for one room for 4 for the price of two rooms and received a double room, as two couples traveling with us received, and for half the price. They did not agree to change even though the hotel was far from full. The fan in the room was noisy and they came twice to fix it, the air conditioner was weak, the room was full of mosquitoes. And the last two nights there was no hot water in the shower due to a fault in the building. Big disappointment!!
