Historic building, excellent location, excellent price, comfortable bed and clean
Dated, furnishing, old carpet
Charming space and very friendly staff. Pretty clean for the most part. Very close to ROM. Pub next door is convenient.
Not a deal breaker for me but maybe for others.. it is basically on fraternity and sorority row since you are in a college town. Also, the Manor is pretty and clearly a time capsule but could use a small update. definitely an old building and bed was not the most comfortable because it is also pretty old.
