Prístup k hotelu a parkovanie
Die Lage des Hotels direkt unterhalb der Burg ist ausgezeichnet, und mit Straßenbahn und Bus ist man super angebunden. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut, allerdings wenig Auswahl für Gluutenintolerante. Leider war der Zustand unseres Zimmers Nr 11 nicht so gut: Der Wasserhahn in der Dusche ließ sich nur mit Gewalt (des Hotelmitarbeiters) öffnen und nicht wieder komplett schließen, der Toilettendeckel war gesprungen und mit Klebeband repariert, die Türklinke fiel regelmäßig ab. Im Wohnraum fehlten die Rollen am Schreibtischstuhl, so dass er auch nicht vernünftig stehen konnte, und die Kunstleder-Sitzgelegenheiten rochen noch dezent nach Raucherzimmer. Enttäuscht waren wir, dass weder zur dusche noch zur Türklinke irgendwelche Entschuldigungen oder Alternativangebote kamen. Die Türklinke wurde einfach wieder aufgesteckt und fiel bei der nächsten Nutzung natürlich wieder ab, das Wasser tropfte vier Tage durch...
