βMalta 2026 Experienceβ
Amazing customer service from arrival, we were treated to welcome drinks. A complimentary breakfast was also issued due to a slight issue we had in the room but this did not take away from our experience.
Rooms was quite cold, understandable for the climate but we did find it took awhile for the room to feel somewhat at room temperature. As we did not want to get sick with the extreme temperature change from in/outside. Also our room view was trees as we were facing the garden but could barely see anything.

The hotel was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good customer service. Tasty food. Tha Opal lounge option was an excellent choice for my family. Access to the well equipped gym was a big bonus for us as well.
I liked room,delicious breakfast and location,but above all I would like to highlight the friendly staff,and above all Katarina,who simply delighted with her approach.
