El desayuno estaba bien variado y corresponde al precio del hotel.
El aire no funciona en calor. La frazada estaba con aspecto viejo y sucio. Habitación muy ruidosa. Barrio peligroso para salir por la noche.

Nada a destacar negativamente sobre a acomodação. Um ponto negativo é em relação ao atendimento da Charlie, que é somente por meio digital e acaba sendo demorado e pouco resolutivo. O RG do meu filho de 11 nos ficou no hotel e não consegui falar por ligação com nenhum atendente, pois precisava apresentar o documento no checkin do aeroporto. Conseguimos resolver usando o Gov.br, mas senti falta de um melhor atendimento da Charlie. Entendo, que isso possa ser aprimorado, afinal outras variadas situações podem surgir.
