J’ai beaucoup aimé la vue de la chambre sur le jardin et la mer, ainsi que la propreté de la chambre et l’animation. Tout était très agréable !
Par contre, j’ai été déçu par le comportement de certains membres du personnel au bar situé au bord de la piscine. J’ai constaté un manque de respect envers les clients, ainsi que l’utilisation de mots grossiers devant eux, ce qui est vraiment regrettable. J’ai également été déçu par l’accueil et le service à la plage, et surtout au restaurant Le Pirate. J’ai trouvé beaucoup de nonchalance, ainsi qu’un manque d’écoute et d’attention envers la clientèle. C’est dommage, car ce restaurant n’était pas comme ça auparavant et j’en avais gardé une bien meilleure impression. J’espère que la direction prendra en compte ces remarques afin d’améliorer la qualité du service et l’accueil des clients.
