The room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Had to use a set of stairs to reach the lift and another to reach the room after leaving the lift. If you have a pram or wheelchair - stay away. The room was so hot that we couldn't sleep - even without blankets. Windows could be opened, but trams run through the night right out front. Had to choose between a very loud and a very hot room. We left the windows open all day to cool it off the next day (16 deg C & cloudy). The room heated up to the same temperature as soon as the windows were closed. If you plan to visit in summer or early autumn - stay away.
