Everything, staying here was an absolute privilege and pleasure. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating, they could not do enough for you. The facilities were incredible - top notch, the breakfast was amazing, best buffet breakfast of anywhere I have been and all the little touches made it an incredible experience. There were little snacks in the room every day, fresh water, team and coffee in gorgeous cups, cut crystal containers, octane toiletries, amazing views, I wish I could have stayed for a week, this hotel is a cut above anywhere else I have stayed. The took you to your room to explain how things worked, they had a free shuttle to the station, it was just amazing thank you
