“Great stay at Queenstown”
We had a lovely stay. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was great. Very modern, clean and extremely comfortable.

Reception, bar, and restaurant were very modern and stylish, but also relaxed and welcoming. The Mountain View from our room was good. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable mattresses. The staff were great - friendly, welcoming, helpful, and enthusiastic. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
Parking! It is not free! The room was small and cramped. It was a room for three with only one chair. The pillows were uncomfortable - very flat and worn. The bathroom was nice with the frosted glass walls, but the ugly curtain around it took up space and looked filthy! I don’t know why you need the curtain, but if it must be there, it has to be washed regularly! Breakfast was also disappointing. There was little choice, no hot options other than eggs. The buffet options were not suitable to a European diet at all, which was disappointing.
