“Barely adequate, sub-standard minimalist”
Friendly staff, easy access, functional plumbing, door and window locks, curtains, outlets, tv, remote, lighting.
The floor was not CLEAN !- a wet wipe with a hand towel revealed dark dirt before any shoes of ours were on it. The sheets- OMG! Stained! Really? As in many discolored mid-bed STAINS! The " bedspread coverlet" was very uncomfortably stiff and plastic-like. Towels were bare minimum of size and very thin. The sink faucet bases were leaking continously. The traffic noise directly outside the bedroom window was very noticeable There were barely any outlets for bedside use There were NO SIDE TABLES for the king size bed No in-room-coffee- Smoking occurred throughout the nearby rooms outside and on balcony. No way to have a window open if you didn't want to smell smoke- or traffic.
A nice, little motel, close to Seattle. Lots of handy drinks and snacks in the reception area, welcoming staff. Perfect for one or two nights.

Staff was helpful and nice. Room was decent. Area not great but also not too far from a bus route.
Thin walls, sound carries like crazy. Whoever was in the room next to me was blasting their tv until 3 am everyday so didnt get a single full night's rest. Lots of noise from street too but not much you can do about that.
