Subject: Formal Complaint – Dangerous and Overcrowded Shuttle Bus Service Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to make a formal complaint about the shuttle bus service provided between the Grand Magic Hotel and Disneyland Paris during our recent stay. The shuttle service was completely overcrowded and, in my opinion, presented a serious safety risk. Three hotels being served by the same shuttle is clearly far too much, particularly during peak periods when large numbers of families are travelling to and from Disneyland Paris. The situation became extremely uncomfortable and, more importantly, dangerous. The buses were packed beyond what should reasonably be considered acceptable, with passengers struggling to board and being forced into an overcrowded and confined space. On occasions, fights were breaking out between passengers as tensions escalated. This is completely unacceptable for a service transporting families, including young children, to and from a major family destination such as Disneyland Paris. There should never be a situation where a hotel shuttle becomes so overcrowded that arguments and physical altercations are taking place. I appreciate that the shuttle service is likely to be particularly busy at peak times, but this does not justify operating a service where demand clearly exceeds what can be safely accommodated. If three hotels are relying on the same bus, additional buses should be provided during busy periods, or the hotels should have separate services. We chose to stay at the Grand Magic Hotel expecting a reasonable, safe and reliable service to Disneyland Paris. Instead, the shuttle experience was stressful and genuinely concerning, and it negatively affected our experience as a family. Given the seriousness of the situation, I would also like to request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused.
